  • Contact the Personal Manager by clicking on the icon of the messenger that is convenient for you
  • Arrange a device rental service
  • Choose a convenient day and time for delivery
  • Returns the device after 14 days to the Personal Manager or the Brand Pavillon plus lounge
  • The cost of the device will be reduce by XX€ when buying a new Ploom device after rent
